Dinner and a class! If you scramble to make dinner at the last minute or struggle to create meals from what's on hand, then this class is for you. You will learn how to make meal planning easy and efficient by making meals and meal components ahead of time and using them throughout the week or month. This simple efficiency technique will reduce your stress, improve your family’s health, and give you more time to do other things.
During this class we will make an entire meal together so you can gain confidence in the skills being taught. Marie will review equipment needs, food storage tips and techniques, meal planning strategies and resources to help you simplify your life.
