shinrin-yoku-forest-bathing-napervilleEnjoy a one hour introductory Shinrin-yoku walk guided by a Certified Forest Therapy guide to discover this restorative practice that emphasizes soaking in the sounds, scents and sights of nature for slowing the body, stilling the mind and opening the heart.

We will walk slowly and enjoy the journey of each step as we engage with nature. Our walk will end with an informal tea ceremony. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes for walking outside as weather permits.
