Join us for an introductory outdoor yoga session to welcome the Fall season. Located on The Conservation Foundation’s McDonald farm, an historic farmstead in Naperville with an edible forest garden, we will move through vinyasa, pranayama, meditation, and craft an herbal tea. Nature connection and a mindfulness practice for regeneration and resilience – a perfect way to start your day and enjoy the abundance of Fall.
Class is family-friendly. Beginners are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and beach towel or cushion. In the case of inclement weather, class will be held indoors.
