Fertility Awareness Method & Natural Women’s Health Workshop
Jun 13 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Are you interested in learning more about your monthly cycle, celebrating it rather than dreading it, trying to start a family or avoid pregnancy without the use of hormonal or medical contraceptives? As women, we have a regular opportunity to tune-in to our bodies with the fifth vital sign: your period. Learn how to explore your cycle, chart various biometrics, better achieve or avoid pregnancy, celebrate your cycle & yourself in this workshop.

Workshop instructor is Clarké Snell,  a biochemist, birth keeper (birth & post-partum doula), reproductive justice advocate, and fellow woman who has been successfully practicing the fertility awareness method for the last 3 years.

COST: $25 per person

Each participant will receive a journal with charts to start tuning into their monthly flow;  tea and treats will be provided. One workshop participant will receive a menstrual cup as well!
