Yoga, tea, and nature connection for regeneration and resilience – a perfect way to start your day!
Because of the complementary self-care benefits of yoga to permaculture and resilience, we are offering yoga located on The Conservation Foundation’s historic McDonald Farm. When the weather allows, we will experience yoga outside, surrounded by forest gardens and nature. We will move through vinyasa, pranayama, meditation, and craft an herbal tea with plants from the garden and farm.
Class is family-friendly. Children and beginners are welcome.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and beach towel or cushion.
Class will be held outdoors weather permitting, or indoors in the case of inclement weather.

Pre-registration is required– sign ups the day of the event cannot be accommodated.
Please make us aware of any physical limitations so that class can be welcoming for all; however, if limitations are significant, please consider private yoga sessions with Allison as an alternative.
Class is taught by Dr. Allison Mitch, a physical therapist and healing arts practitioner (yoga, shamanic practice, reiki) and faculty member of The Resiliency Institute
