Witchin’ In the Kitchen
Join us for this fun-filled, highly interactive workshop where we will explore seasonality and nature connection while spending time in the kitchen crafting food and plant based products based on The Resiliency Institute’s Herbalism, Edible Wild Plants, and Permaculture courses.
In October, the days are getting shorter and colder, the bounty of fall is ending, and we approach cultural holidays that honor transitions, ancestors, and community (ex. Samhain and Halloween). We will use ritual and intention to brew concoctions of warming food and herbal elements, including an herbal tea, fire cider, muscle-soothing salves, and spiced pears as we cultivate community and explore traditional plant-based wisdoms (no eye of newt involved!).
