Oh the taste of honey! Your bees have been very busy making honey all season and now it is your opportunity to harvest some for yourself. This class will cover harvesting honey from your hive and demonstrate the extraction process. All students will have an opportunity to uncap the honey and operate the honey extractor. This class is part of the Beginning Beekeeping course. For people not in the course, but interested in learning about this process, please register and pay a $15 fee.
