Soap Making 101: Cold Process Goat Milk Soap

Learn the history of soap making, how modern soap making is different, and how to create your own soap recipes. Every step of cold-process soap making from start to finish will be demonstrated using goat milk which makes the most luxurious and moisturizing soap.
Each participant will receive handouts, including a list of references for future use, and a slice of freshly made soap.
Fee: $35 Individuals/$64 for a Pair or for the Cheese & Soap Making day

*Please bring a sack lunch if you are attending both sessions. Hot water and tea packets will be available.

Explore this lost art and learn to make mozzarella, queso blanco, and ricotta. You will also learn how to make yogurt, buttermilk and chevre.
