Linda Conroy will be coming back to The Resiliency Institute this summer, June 20-22, to teach about herbs and fermentation and the role they play in digestive health. This will be an essential weekend course for people suffering from IBS and other digestive ailments. The weekend begins on Friday evening with Linda sharing her 5 point approach to improving digestive health. Participants will learn how to make fermented food, beverages, herbal infusions and tonics, sample them, and a watch a hands on demonstration on how to make an herbal carrot kraut.
On Saturday, enjoy a full day of learning by doing. Linda will teach the concept of fermentation as a preservation technique and as a nourishing tonic when herbs and wild food are incorporated. You will make several varieties of fermented vegetables, fermented fruit and berries, and beverages. Participants will leave with several of the items made in class as well as a beverage culture to use at home.
Round off the weekend learning how to make your own herbal remedies. You will learn the foundational questions to ask in order to produce the most effective herbal remedies, then spend time in class learning how to make them and leave with some for your personal use. FULL COURSE INFORMATION
